Complete Control of the Process

Our Soybean Processing Analyzer is ideal for every step in the soybean extraction process, including:

• incoming analysis of whole soybeans
• monitoring soybean expeller for oil content
• analysis of soymeal for residual oil
• analysis of oil for peroxide value, fatty acid content (optional)

Rapid Analysis

The Soybean Processing Analyzer is fast, allowing for 100% measurement of incoming samples as well as processed products and by-products.  Sample measurements take 30 seconds with little or no sample preparation.  Operation of the analyzer is via touchsceen and intuitive operation software.

Pre-Calibrated

The Unity Soybean Processing Analyser is available in two models: a Basic model with Unity calibrations for major constituent predictions on soybean processing samples or in a Deluxe model powered by the INGOT® calibration package from Aunir®. This package includes a full suite of calibrations for moisture, protein, oil, ash, crude fiber and more in soybean, soybean expeller, soymeal and soy hulls.

All INGOT calibrations are backed by Aunir's 30 years of experience in the field and comes with a performance guarantee. Calibration experts are on call to specifically tailor the calibrations to our customer's needs.
